Print the card on card or photo stock if possible. Score with ruler and something sharp but not too sharp along the dotted fold lines.

Flip it over and fold back the front left edge towards the back of the card.

Flip the card over and line up a second fold in the opposite direction so that the fold runs right along the outside edge. If this is confusing, just look at the rest of the photos--it will be easy.

Run your fingers along the fold line of some nice flat surface.

What you have so far.

Now flip fathers day card over and fold back towards the back on the other dotted line you scored.

Turn the card over and bring the two parts of the front together to line up the tree which is now the front of the folded father's day card.

Here is the finished card standing. It will fold and fit in a standard envelope or print the one in the pdf file with the link at the top of this page.
